What is the Ray Lewis 52 Day Fitness Challenge?
The Ray Lewis 52 Day Fitness Challenge is a well balanced innovative fitness program that will help you improve your overall fitness. Even if you have been sitting on your couch for the past year or more, this program can help you achieve fitness gains. NO GYM REQUIRED. All you need is the Ray Lewis Fitness Challenge Deck, at least one set of hand weights, a jump rope and some motivation. In this program, Ray Lewis shares his philosophy of using muscle confusion to achieve fitness gains and a version of his own system for training with a deck of cards. This balanced program will prep the body and help clients achieve a base level of cardio .respiratory fitness, balance, muscular endurance and strength. An end goal for these 52 days will be to prepare the body and mind for fitness training and to better a client’s health.
Intermediate Level Challenge: Ray Lewis’ Amateur Fitness Challenge: This program is designed for the fitness enthusiast who is already working out some, but doesn’t have a real plan. If you already make it to the gym or go for a walk or a jog at least 2 times a week, but you really need to jump start your fitness, this is the place to start. This program will help motivate you and give you a balanced fitness challenge that will push you to the next level.

You will receive an email with your exclusive login information to access Ray Lewis TrainingPeaks' online 52 day calendar and program and the Quick Start program that you will do before starting your full 52-day challenge. During Your Quick Start you will do 3 things:
1) Start taking your shake once day as a meal replacement in the morning for breakfast, in the afternoon for lunch or in the evening for dinner – you choose. We want to give your body a chance to become nourished at the cellular level before we began your fitness challenge.
2) Complete RL52 Cycling's Quick Start program to familiarize your body with all the exercises in the program so that on day 1 of the Fitness Challenge you are prepared and ready.
3) Set up your Ray Lewis TrainingPeaks account and read all the program guidelines.
What happens after the 60 day challenge is over?
You can sign up to keep taking the shake once a day to maintain optimal health and weight management. Also, if you chose to, RL52 Cycling overs monthly maintence plans based off the 52 day challenge along with personalized monthly programs.
