"I wanted to give you an update on how I am doing with the
program. I am down 25 lbs. I have gone from a size 42 waist to a size 38 and I am very
close to the size 36's that I use to wear. I am feeling stronger every
day. There are alot of the exercises in the cards that are the hardest workouts I have ever done besides when I was training for football. They keep me challenged and that is what keeps me motivated to keep going."

"After not working out for 4-5 months, I noticed a loss of tone, size and an increase in abdominal fat and weight gain on my sides. Being 42 I was wondering if it would come off? I...... started the Ray Lewis 52 Day Fitness Challenge. It was very different than anything I had tried before. It was intense and a change for me. It forced me to use muscles that I hadn't usually trained and use other cardio methods I hadn't used before either. After about 3 weeks of faithfully using the program and following my daily calendar, I quickly noticed a significant loss in abdominal fat and it seemed like inches immediately fell off my sides. I also noticed an increase in definition overall. My six pack is practically back! "Thanks for the emails and messages.  I am really enjoying the workouts and am seeing good results already.

I just started Phase 2 of the workout program today.  In two weeks I've already lost 5 pounds and have noticed a good improvement in my endurance.  I played rugby in college and have slacked a bit in my workouts in recent years. I feel like after the 52 days I'll be in the best shape since college.
