During these first 8 days you will do 3 things:
1) Start taking your shake once day as a meal replacement in the morning for breakfast, in the afternoon for lunch or in the evening for dinner – you choose. We want to give your body a chance to become nourished at the cellular level before we began your fitness challenge.
2) Complete the RL52 Cycling Fitness Challenge 8-day Preparation Cycle, which will familiarize you and your body with all the exercises in the program so that on day 1 of the Fitness Challenge you are prepared and ready.
3) Set up your Ray Lewis TrainingPeaks account and read the program guidelines.
What happens after the 60 day challenge is over?
You can keep taking the shake once a day to maintain optimal health and weight management.
