In this program Ray Lewis shares his philosophy of using muscle confusion to achieve fitness gains and a version of his own system for training with a deck of cards. This program addresses all the areas of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular strength, muscular endurance, basic function and flexibility. It also allows participants to work on agility, power and speed. RL52 Cycling’s 52 day fitness challenge will allow players to safely progress and have fun doing it. The program allows an element of chance while still controlling and monitoring the time, type, sets and reps players will be doing to avoid injury and over-training.
RL52 Rookie: This program is designed for the sedentary person who wants to get into shape but doesn’t know where or how to start. If you have the desire to make a healthy start in the New Year this is the place to start. This balanced program will prep the body and help clients achieve a base level of cardiorespiratroy fitness, balance, muscular endurance and strength. An end goal for these 52 days will be to prepare the body and mind for fitness training and to better a client’s health. (Phase 1-2 for the first 52 days) (Phases 3-4 for the renewal 52 days)
Program guidelines and calendars can be accessed after you login in to RL52 Cycling’s Training Peaks Page and activate your account. After you purchase the 52 Day Fitness Challenge, your account will be activated in Training Peaks and you will be sent an email with the login to start your program. Also please note that once this plan has been purchased and your TrainingPeaks account and program have been accessed online, there are no refunds. You may contact us within 30 days of purchase to freeze your TrainingPeaks account and access it at a later date.
