Ray Lewis 52 Day Cycle-Cross Challenge

 The Ray Lewis Cycle-Cross Challenge is designed for the client who has already been engaged in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle and has a good base level of fitness, but is looking for a new challenge to push their fitness to the next level.  This program is ideal for the team sport athlete who is looking for a challenging off-season training program to boost their overall fitness or the fitness enthusiast who is looking to take their training to the next level.  The cyclist or endurance athlete can also use this 7 ½ week program in the off-season or during their transition training periods.  Similarly, team sport athletes can use this 7 ½ week program in the off- season  or pre-season if they are looking to build their aerobic and anaerobic capacity o prepare for the rigors of the upcoming season.

This Cycle-Cross Challenge addresses all the areas of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular strength, muscular endurance, basic function, balance and flexibility.  It incorporates SpinerVALS with Ray Lewis, Volume 1 and Volume 2 which are high level low-impact workouts that condition the energy systems and the innovative workouts from The Ray Lewis 52 Day Fitness Challenge which is a program based off his own system for training with a deck of cards.  These workouts allow an element of chance while still controlling and monitoring the time, type, sets and reps you will be doing.

  • A Jump Rope
  • Hand Weights (at least 2 sets such as a 5lbs set and an 8lb set)
